I forgot I started this post. It is from the 16th.
This week I decided to follow Once A Month Mom’s Paleo menu. The meals I’m making are intended to feed us for a month. Now, this won’t be a new meal for every night. It is assuming leftovers and a few nights of eating out.
Once A Month Mom has some of their older menus available for free. Actually, all “menus” are free. However, to look at the instructions, revised recipes, shopping list, and labels you need to join. It costs $8 a month, or $72 a year. I resisted paying for a long time, but really, for the amount of time it saves me in planning I think the $8 is worth it.

- Spicy-Sweet Pork Tenderloin
- Bacon Crusted Pork Tenderloin
- Shredded Beef Tacos
So far the only recipe not going over well is the coconut porridge. It has a really thin consistency. I think it tastes good, but Elena didn’t eat hers. Vera wore hers. lol. And Jamin doesn’t like any kind of porridge.
Everything else has been so delicious. My favorite is the “garlic mushrooms, tomatoes and bacon”. It has a very rich flavor.
I can’t wait for next week when the new menu comes out.
