It is time for another meal plan 🙂
This month, I chose not to go with the OAMM plan. There was just a lot of chicken… Chicken is a wonderful meat, and I want to keep liking it. 😉
So, Friday night (last minute, I know) I searched and searched and planned. I used Supercook to find recipes that used some foods that were on sale. Then, I picked some recipes from a blog I follow, Riddlelove. And finally, looked through recipes I have pinned on Pinterest.

Breakfasts:
Scrambled Eggs
Apple Pie Smoothie
Green Tea Mango Smoothie
Chocolate Monkey Breakfast Shake

Lunches:
Leftovers
or
Picking from the following:
Meats – Tuna Salad, Chicken, Deli Meats, Hard Boiled Eggs
Fruits – Grapes, Appplesauce, Mangoes
Vegetables – Caulflower, Carrots

Dinners:
Autumn Spice Ham Steak
Roast Chicken
Broccoli Cheese Bites
Fish Sticks
Creamy Chicken & Tomato Soup
Chicken Nachos
Sausage Kale Soup
Spaghetti w/ Meat Sauce
Tacos

Snacks:
Pumpkin Muffins
Frozen Banana-PB Bites
Yogurt
Mango-Coconut Chia Pudding

Plus, we still have two dinners and one lunch left over from last month.
