I love meal planning 🙂
I don’t think it’s at the top of most peoples’ “loves” list. But it is up there, on mine. I’m one of those people who make lists. Mostly just to get thoughts out of my head. Because “to-do” lists don’t get done. I just like writing what needs done so I can forget about it. 😛
J/K… kinda.

I’m back to following a OAMM plan. If you read up on their webpage, they will tell you that the menus are meant to be used at the end of the month. That way you can shop the sales leading up to cooking day. That wasn’t really my intention with picking a September menu. It was more because I was itching to plan. It does work out nicely, though.

I’m cutting out most of the dairy since it is not a friend to Vera and me. Other than that, not a whole lot of adjusting. That’s actually saving a bunch of money. Cheese is expensive.

So, here we are; September Whole Foods Menu

Breakfasts

Mexican Baked Eggs
Breakfast Apple Granola Crisp
Egg and Pepper Sandwiches

Lunches

Slow Cooker Stuffed Pepper Soup
Chicken Basil Stuffed Potatoes (using sweet potatoes)
Carmelized Apple Ham and Grilled Cheese

Dinners

Jalapeno Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken
White Pizza Lasagna
Pork and Cabbage Dinner
Tomato Basil Chicken
Ridiculously Delicious Roast Chicken
Tomato and Beef Pizza (making a cheese exception. You can’t have pizza without cheese :P)
