I only have 4 meals planned for now. I won’t know what we’ll have for Friday until I plan my meals later this week. In December I started a 30 day trial of Plan To Eat. On the website you can save recipes and add them to a calendar. Then, you go to the shopping list page where you can pick the dates you are buying for and it generates a shopping list. Plan To Eat costs ~$5 and for the time it saves me, I think it is worth it.

Breakfast:
Eggs or Oatmeal

Lunch:
Leftovers

Dinner:
Monday: Buffalo Burger Quesadilla
Tuesday: Stuffed Cabbage Casserole
Wednesday: Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy
Thursday: Italian Spinach Meatballs
Friday: TBD
